Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At My Angel’s Creations, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As our candles and wax-based products are handmade and often created to order, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with provisions for replacement only in cases of damage during transit.

 

1. No Refund Policy

All orders placed on www.myangelscreations.in are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

 

2. Replacement for Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that your product is received in a damaged or broken condition, we will offer a replacement subject to the following conditions:

• The damage must have occurred during transit
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and outer packaging must be shared
• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

3. Replacement Approval

• Replacement will be dispatched after verification
• Subject to product availability
• An alternative product of equal value may be offered if required

4. Non-Eligible Cases

• Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish
• Improper handling, misuse, or incorrect storage
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Personal fragrance preference or scent sensitivity

5. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

All products are handmade. Natural variations in design or finish are not considered defects.

 

6. Shipping Responsibility

We ensure secure packaging but are not responsible for delays or mishandling by courier partners. Assistance will be provided for genuine transit-related issues.

 

7. Corporate & B2B Orders

Corporate and bulk orders are governed by mutually agreed terms shared at confirmation. Once approved and in production, such orders are non-refundable.

 

8. Workshop Registrations

Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation by us, an alternative date or credit will be offered.
